I I I Councilmember and moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution RESOLUTION #90-07- RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND ACQUISITION DAMAGES TO CERTAIN OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 153rd AVENUE N.W. WHEREAS, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way for the construction of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City has retained the services of William A. Schwab as an appraiser, and Mr. Schwab has completed his appraisal work and has negotiated settlements with certain of the land owners; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, as follows: 1. That the City's Finance officer is directed to issue checks to the following persons in the amounts listed below which amounts are those negotiated by Mr. Schwab, less $50.00 for previous earnest money payment: Parcel No. 3 Jeffrey R. Werner and Sandra L. Kociemba $ 450.00 Parcel No. 4 John M. and Avid M. Gobernatz $3,200.00 Parcel No. 8 Rex A. and Diane M. Schaefer $1,300.00 Parcel No. 10 William J. Sypnieski and Judith A. Sypnieski $3,200.00 Parcel No. 11 Mark G. DeCamp and Nancy J. DeCamp $2,000.00 Parcel No. 17 Walter E. Scroggins $9,850.00 Parcel No. 18 Geoffrey Bridwell $5,500.00 2. That the City Attorney is directed to deliver said checks upon receipt by him of the proper title transfer documents from the land owners, including mortgagees release documents if he deems the same are necessary. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
