I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT FOR LAND ACQUISITION DAMAGES TO <br />CERTAIN OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 153rd AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has authorized acquisition of right-of-way <br />for the construction of the extension of 153rd Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has retained the services of William A. <br />Schwab as an appraiser, and Mr. Schwab has completed his appraisal <br />work and has negotiated settlements with certain of the land <br />owners; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City's Finance officer is directed to issue <br />checks to the following persons in the amounts listed below which <br />amounts are those negotiated by Mr. Schwab, less $50.00 for <br />previous earnest money payment: <br /> <br />Parcel No. <br /> <br />3 Jeffrey R. Werner and Sandra <br /> L. Kociemba <br /> <br />$ 450.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 4 John M. and Avid M. Gobernatz $3,200.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 8 Rex A. and Diane M. Schaefer <br /> <br />$1,300.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 10 William J. Sypnieski and <br /> Judith A. Sypnieski <br /> <br />$3,200.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 11 Mark G. DeCamp and Nancy J. <br /> DeCamp <br /> <br />$2,000.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 17 Walter E. Scroggins <br /> <br />$9,850.00 <br /> <br />Parcel No. 18 Geoffrey Bridwell <br /> <br />$5,500.00 <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Attorney is directed to deliver said checks <br />upon receipt by him of the proper title transfer documents from the <br />land owners, including mortgagees release documents if he deems the <br />same are necessary. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
