I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ATTACH~ENT 2 AEC - HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM STREET LIGHTS February 2, 1990 Rate B19 - High Pressure Sodium Street Lighting Service Availability Available to Municipalities or Rural Communities within Anoka Electric Cooperative's (AEC) service area for controlled high pressure sodium street lighting systems, furnishing light from dusk to dawn. Monthly Bill Payment of the monthly bi'll shall be made by the due date marked on the bill. If not paid by the due date, the consumer shall pay a late charge of $1.50 plus-l-i/3% of the amount billed in addition to the bill. Additional late charges of $1.50 and 1-1/3% shall be accumulated for each month the bill remains unpaid. Each light shall have an installation fee based on the type of light requested and any special installation fees as required. The-eo'~pe~at~ve AEC shall furnish, install and maintain the necessary energy and equipment for a controlled street lighting system of either overhead or underground type construction.. Materials furnished shall be of a standard type selected by the eoope~t~ve AEC. Request for initial service indicating the lamp size, type of construction desired, fixture location, may be requested by a developer, but shall.be accompanied by written authorization from an official of the Municipality or representative of the Com~unity.reqqestinq service. Requests for changes in lamp size or the addition or deletion of fixtures shall be made in writing by an authorized official of the Municipality or representative of the Community requesting service.
