Each light shall have an aid-to-construction fee based on the <br /> <br />.~pe of light requested and any special installation fees as <br /> <br />required. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> <br />AEC shall furnish, insta.~l and maintain the necessary energy and <br />equipment for a controlled street lighting system of either <br />overhead or underground type construction. Mater'ials furnished <br />shall be of a standard type selected by AEC. <br /> <br />Request for initial service indicating the lamp size, type of <br />construction desired, fixture location, may be requested by a <br />developer, but shall be accompanied by written authorization from <br />an official of the Municipality or representative of the <br />Conununit~. requesting service. Requests for changes in lamp size <br />or the addition or deletion of fixtures shall be made in writing <br />by an authorized official of the Municipality or representative <br />of the Community requesting service. <br /> <br />Monthly Rate for Customer Owned Light <br /> <br />~amp Monthly <br />Watts Rate <br /> <br /> 100 3.30 ': <br /> 150 4.76 <br /> 200 6.15 <br /> 250 7.69 <br /> <br />Conditions of Service Where the Customer Owns the Lighting System <br /> <br />On installations other than where ~he-e~pe~a%&ve AEC owns the <br />lighting system the following conditions shall apply: <br /> <br />The-e~pera~ve AEC shall designate the location of t~e service <br />point. <br /> <br />Customer-owned wiring shall be protected with and by an approved <br />tamper-resistant breaker installation. <br /> <br />Ail installation and maintenance expense shall be the obligation <br />of the consumer. <br /> <br /> <br />
