I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />AGREEMENT OF ELECTRIC SERVICE FOR STREET LIGHTS <br /> ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE RATE <br /> AEC OWNED FACILITIES <br /> <br />Agreement made , 19 ,between Anoka Electric <br /> <br />Cooperative (hereinafter called AEC), and <br /> <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />(hereinafter called the Customer), a Municipality. <br /> <br />AEC shall sell and deliver energy to the Customer for the purpose <br />of Street Lighting. The street lighting costs shall include a <br />monthly rate to cover energy usage and routine maintenance. <br /> <br />After the street light installation is 20 years old, AEC will <br />repair damaged equipment when the damage is not associated with the <br />age of the street lighting system. If in AEC's opinion, the <br />condition of the street lighting system is such that replacement <br />or significant renovation of the system is necessary, the Customer <br />shall have two options. The Customer may either reimburse AEC for <br />the installed cost of the replacement system, or the customer can <br />transfer from the Energy and Maintenance Rate to the regular rate <br />for AEC owned street lights. <br /> <br />To qualify for this rate, the Customer shall pay or have paid an <br />Aid-To-Construction fee as specified in Administrative Rule 214a. <br /> <br />Monthly costs are to be consistent with AEC's Rate B19. <br /> <br />For AEC <br /> <br />WITNESS: ....
