When we <br />decided {o ~und blacktop roads ~or our development in 1987~ <br />we thought we would be the only neighborhod to wear them <br />out. ]'here are onIy 28 ~amilies here. Since it is the <br />~inancial respor~sibili'~y o~ the neighborhood ~o blacktop and <br />maintain '[hese roads, it would be unfair for us to have our <br />roads worn out. because heavy tra'~ic generated by 220-230 <br />~amilies was routed through our development, especially when <br />it c:ould go to the south or southwest o~ the proposed Cedar <br />Hi 1 ls. <br /> <br />Many 4~amilies here have small children. The safety o~ these <br />children is a major concern when so much traffic is <br />poss~, bl e. <br /> <br />'T'he present Comprehensive Plan does r~ot allow ~or' high <br />dens:L'L'.y housing in the proposed area before 1990. It is <br />now only 1988.
