Currently, the 60 day waiting period following the conclusion of <br />the public hearing for the Bison Street Project south of 171st <br />Street will expire on July 21, 1990. The residents in area have <br />petitioned to change the project to a cul-de-sac. On May 22, 1990, <br />city Council told the residents in the area that they would proceed <br />on the project as a cul-de-sac. Enclosed for review are the <br />following: <br /> <br />Petitions requesting the project be changed from a <br />through street to a cul-de-sac street. <br /> <br />Resolution changing project from a through street to a <br />cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Resolution ordering plans and specifications for Bison <br />Street as a cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that City Council reconsider their position of May <br />22, 1990 based on input from Golden Eagle Estates and have Bison <br />Street constructed as a through street.
