Councilmember RESOLUTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-13 (BITUMINOUS SURFACING OF BISON N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO A CUL-DE-SAC TERMINUS) introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #90-07- RECEIVING PETITION AND CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY ON STREET WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for the improvement of bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to a cul-de-sac terminus; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City Charter and Minnesota Statues concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) A certain petition requesting the improvement of bituminous surfacing of Bison Street N.W. south from 171st Ave N.W. to cul-de-sac terminus has been filed with the City Council on July 24, 1990. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City of Ramsey ordinance 210.01 and Minnesota Statue Chapter 429. 2 ) The above mentioned project is hereby changed from a trough street to a cul-de-sac terminus approximately 400 feet north of the northern plat boundary of Trott Brook Ridge Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of July, 1990.
