Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-13 (BITUMINOUS <br />SURFACING OF BISON STREET N.W. SOUTH FROM 171ST AVE N.W. TO A CUL-DE- <br />SAC TERMINUS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 23rd day of January, 1990, <br />fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Bituminous surfacing for <br />Bison Street N.W. (Project #90-13); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held.thereon on the 24th day. of April, 1990 at which time all <br />persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted 24th <br />day of July, 1990. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the <br />engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making <br />of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 24th day of July, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
