Therefore, the <br />number of parking spaces cannot be determined. City Code <br />requires one space per 200 square feet of retail space plus <br />one space for each employee. <br /> <br />Following is a list of items that were not submitted as <br />required by City Code: <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br /> <br />Projected water usage. <br />Location of septic system and replacement system. <br />Location of refuse container (if any). <br />Location of outside lighting. <br />Landscape plan. <br /> <br />Screening and landscaping along Green Valley Road should be <br />provided outside the 85' utility easement.
