Drainage should not be <br />directed onto private property.' Drainage will have to be <br />contained on-site or directed .to a publicly owned drainage <br />easement. <br /> <br />The proposed building floor elevation is two inches above <br />Green Valley Road. Without an existing contour map or grading <br />plan, we are unable to determine if the building will flood. <br />City Code requires buildings to be 18 inches above the street <br />unless adequate drainage is provided. <br /> <br />The elevation of the building shows that metal siding will be <br />used to match the existing siding.
