The price per household for the period from January 1, 1992 through <br />December 31, 1992, the second year of the contract, shall be adjusted by the <br />annual inflation rate as provided by the Federal Government. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. <br /> <br />FILING OF REPORTS <br /> <br />The Contractor shall submit a monthly summary describing the residents' <br />participation rate, the quantity and kinds of all recyclable materials collected and <br />the primary purchaser(s) of the recyclable materials. Monthly summaries shall <br />be submitted no later than the 15th day of the month following the month for <br />which the report is submitted. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall furnish to the City throughout the term of this Agreement <br />a quarterly report detailing the time expended to complete the Recycling Project. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. <br /> <br />ACCESS TO RECORDS <br /> <br />The Contractor shall permit the City to review its books, documents, papers and records <br />which are directly related to the performance of this contract for the purpose of making an <br />audit, and other examinations deemed necessary by the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. INSURANCE <br /> <br />Prior to the commencement of this Agreement, the Contractor shall furnish the City with <br />certificates or copies of the following policies of insurance, approved by the City <br />Administrator, showing that such insurance is in force. All endorsements shall apply to both <br />bodily injury or death and property damage coverage. <br /> <br />Comprehensive general public liability insurance insuring against liability for <br />bodily injury or death, in the sum of $500,000 for any one person and in the <br />sum of $1,000,000 for two or more persons in the same occurrence, and for <br />damages to property in the sum of $500,000. <br /> <br />Workers' compensation insurance and employers' liability insurance as required <br />by law. <br /> <br />Automobile liability and property damage insurance, including coverage for <br />non-owned and hired vehicles, in limits as for comprehensive general public <br />liability coverage stated above. <br /> <br />The City shall be named as an additional insured on the above policies for coverage needed only <br />for work as specified in this contract, which endorsement shall provide that coverage may not <br />be terminated or changed by the insurer except upon 30 days' written notice to the City <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
