ADOPT RESOLUTIONS APPROVING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 89-4 <br />By: Pete Raatikka, city Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As authorized by Council, we have prepared plans and specifications <br />for the construction of 153rd Avenue N.W. between Ramsey Boulevard <br />and Nowthen Boulevard. <br /> <br />These plans were prepared in accordance with Mn/DOT standards and <br />have been approved by Mn/DOT. Right of way acquisition is <br />currently in progress and the east half of the alignment has been <br />acquired. The city will have access to the west half on October 1, <br />1990. <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of the proposed resolution approving plans and <br />specifications and ordering advertisement for bids for Improvement <br />Project #89-4.
