City of Ramsey <br />15153 NOWTHEN BOULEVARD N.W., RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 · (612) 427-1410 <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br />TO: David Hartley, City Administrator <br />FROM: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />RE: Certification of Petition for Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water for the <br /> proposed Fleischer's 2nd Addition <br /> <br />DATE: May 18, 1990 <br /> <br />The following resident has signed the petition requesting a feasibility study for the extension of <br />sanitary sewer and water for Fleischer's 2nd Addition property. I have consulted Anoka County <br />records and found that the signature is of the affected property owner. The signature equals 100 <br />percent of the affected property owners. <br /> <br />NAME <br /> <br />FLEISCHER DOLORAS S <br /> <br />ADDRESS <br /> <br />4249 VIKING BLVD NW <br /> <br /> PIN <br />25-32-25-22-0003 <br /> <br />This is the final subdivision to be served by the trunk lines to be constructed in the Wood Hill <br />Ponds Addition. The City will be able to proceed with the project for trunk lines immediately <br />after the public hearing because 100 percent of the affected property owners have signed the <br />petition for the project. <br /> <br />On the attached map, the properties represented by signatures are highlighted in pink. The <br />properties owners in the affected area not signing the petition are highlighted in blue. Aisc <br />included is the petition that was received by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
