I I I I I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I Councilmember moved for its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION #90-07- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND SPECIFICATIONS (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ESTATES/SORTEBERG PARK) PREPARATION OF PLANS AND NO. 90-25 (COUNTRYSIDE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey has approved the 1989 Parks Capital Improvements Budget which includes $7,500.00 plus overhead for improvements at the Countryside Estates Park in Sorteberg 6th Addition. WHEREAS, said funds, overhead, and contingency (the total amount not to exceed $9,750.00) are to be appropriated from the General Fund 1989 Budget for Parks Capital Improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as approved in the 1989 Parks Capital Improvements Budget. 2) That Mr. Merland Otto, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. shall coordinate with residents or their representatives of the area to develop a park layout and shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey city Council this the 24th day of July 1990.
