I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECRODING TIME <br />FRAME FOR HAUSER ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-03-082 granting final <br />plat approval to Hauser Addition on March 27, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to <br />file the plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in <br />voiding the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Jon R. Albinson, developer of <br />Hauser Addition on July 5, 1990 stating that Hauser Addition is predicated on the sale of a <br />parcel for development of a liquor store and them have been time delays in negotiating a <br />development permit for that facility. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time <br />frame for Hauser Addition to November 26, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of July, ~990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
