I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #90-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO THE RECORDING TIME <br />FRAME FOR OLEO ACRES ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution g90-01-22 Granting Final <br />Plat Approval to Oleo Acres Addition on January 23, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey City Code 170.0310C RECORDING states that failure to <br />file the plat within 120 days, unless an extension is granted by City Council, shall result in <br />voiding the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a letter from Boyd R. Hanson, developer of Oleo <br />Acres Addition on July 18, 1990 stating some difficulty in determining marketable title and <br />requesting an extension in the recording time frame. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants an extension to the recording time <br />frame for Oleo Acres Addition to October 31, 1990. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of July, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
