It is my understanding that the reason for <br />changing the hours of operation are to accommodate the demand for material used in re- <br />paving U.S. Highway #10 through the City of Ramsey. I also understand that that process <br />will involve the milling of asphalt material and temporary stock-piling at your site for <br />reprocessing. You have also indicated that the haul routes will not change from normal <br />~':.i0;~ation nor will there be a change in the emissions resulting from the extended hours of <br />operation. <br /> <br />Based on our findings and our discussion of July 9, 1990, I am hereby authorizing an <br />extension of hours of operation in accordance with your existing Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Plant operation 4:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />Hauling to site - 24 hours per day <br /> <br />Any need to deviate from these hours oi; operation or any significant change in the method <br />of operation should be communicated immediately to either myself or Sylvia Frolik. <br /> <br />If you have further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at <br />your earliest convenience. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br />CI~ ?RAMSEY.~.,~d~~ <br />David R.
