I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE PROPOSED PLAT OF <br />FOX RIDGE ESTATES (AKA TROTT BROOK PONDS) <br />FROM R-1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL (R.1R) TO PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (P.U.D.); CASE OF GERALD BAUER <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On December 19, 1989, City Council adopted Findings of Fact ~0267 and introduced an ordinance <br />to rezone the proposed plat of Fox Ridge Estates (aka Trott Brook Ponds) from R-1 Rural <br />Residential to Planned Unit Development. Council adoption of the rezoning ordinance has been <br />planned for in the same time frame as final plat approval of Fox Ridge Estates.
