I I I I I I Councilmember resolution and moved for its adoption. introduced the following RESOLUTION #90-08- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECTS ~90-19 (CEDAR HILLS), ~90-20 (CHESTNUT HILLS) AND ~90-21 (WINDMERE WOODS) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 8th of May, 1990, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvements for Projects 90-19, 90-20 and 90-21; and WHEREAS, the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing have passed; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of June, 1990, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 8th day of May 1990. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka, of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of August, 1990.
