AUTHORIZE PREPARATION OF <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />I IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS 90-20 AND 90-21 <br /> 90-19, <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, Consulting Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As part of the plat approval for Windemere Woods, Cedar Hills and <br />Chestnut Hills, the developers were to provide an additional outlet <br />for traffic either to Industry Avenue or Sunfish Lake Blvd. The <br />developers are platting the subdivision of Chestnut Ponds, which <br />will provide access from Cedar Hills and Chestnut Hills to Industry <br />Avenue. This plat is scheduled to receive preliminary approval at <br />the August 14, 1990. <br /> <br />Therefore, the plats of Cedar Hills, Chestnut Hills and Windemere <br />Woods can proceed and plans and specifications can be ordered. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Enclosed is a resolution ordering plans and specifications for <br />construction of utilities and streets in these plats. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed resolution ordering plans <br />and specifications for Improvement Projects 90-19, 90-20 and 90- <br />21. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt Resolution 90-08- authorizing the Consulting <br />Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Improvement <br />Projects 90-19 (Cedar Hills), 90-20 (Chestnut Hills) and 90-21 <br />(Windemere Woods). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator X <br />City Attorney <br />Engineer X <br />Comm.
