That the preliminary site plan for Fox Ridge Estates (aka Trott Brook Ponds) indicates that at least 20% of the land will be preserved for park and open space. That the preliminary site plan indicates a proposal to develop Fox Ridge Estates (aka Trort Brook Ponds) with 83 single family lots at least one a~'e in size and at an average density of one unit per 2,5 a~'es. That thc street layout in the proposed Fox Ridge Estates (aka Tron Brook Ponds) plat was rearranged to protect wetlands on the site. That the street layout in the proposed Fox Ridge Estates (aka Trott Brook Ponds) plat could be further rearranged to alleviate a potential safety problem along Hwy. $/;47. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by Councilmember Pearson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gary Rcimann Couneilmember Richard Cich Councilmember Alan Pearson Councilmember Kenneth Peterson Councilmember Stephen F.
