Mr. Gerald Zi~merman
Page 2
March 29, 1990

5. An address map and a resubdivision plan must be provided.

In review of the recommendations of the Park Commission, the
width of the park along Trott Brook has not been increased.
Also, the width of the south 160 feet of the 25 foot wide
trail along Lot 18, Block 7 was to be increased to 35 feet.
These changes should be made on the final plat. At the time
of final platting, the park dedication requirements of 10% of
the total acreage must be met in either land or a combination
of land and cash.

We would recommend approval of the PUD subject to providing the
items discussed in this letter and meeting the requirements of the
City Code. Based on the revised regulations of the Environmental
Quality Board, an EAW is not required.

If you have any questions in regard to the proposed development,
feel free to let us know.

Sincerely,

HAKANSON ANDERSON ASSOCIATES, INC.

Peter R.
