The developer <br />has provided a revised grading plan, street plans, and <br />specifications. The following is a list of items which have not <br />been provided or corrected in accordance to City Code: <br /> <br />The grading plan should be revised to provide for sodding or <br />riprapping of drainage swales to control erosion. Ponding <br />areas should be provided prior to discharge of water into <br />Trott Brook for removal of sediment. <br /> <br />Street plans did not show adequate details or elevations at <br />intersections to show how drainage will be handled. Also, the <br />thickness of bituminous at the cross gutters should be <br />increased to three inches. <br /> <br />The grading plan and all plan sheets must be signed by a <br />registered engineer. <br /> <br />4. House pad elevations must be shown on the grading plan. <br /> <br />5. Drainage easements along Ford Brook must be show. <br /> <br />In review of the construction-plans, the following items must <br />be shown: <br /> <br />Radii at intersections. <br />Removal of the existing cul-de-sac on the west end of <br />172nd Lane N.W. <br />The turn land and bypass lane at T.H. 47 should be 12 <br />feet.
