I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />:i <br /> I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT - ARMSTRONG ADDITION <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the <br /> <br />"CITY"), and R~YMOND WOJCIK and WOJCIK, husband and <br />wife, whose address is , Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br /> ("the DEVELOPER"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER is the fee owner of the following <br />described property situated in the CITY OF RAMSEY, County of Anoka, <br />State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Part of West Half of East Half of Southeast Quarter of <br /> section 8, Township 32, Range 25, and part of Northeast <br /> Quarter of Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />the "Subject Property"; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 14, 1990, pursuant to Resolution 90-08 <br />-__, the CITY approved the final plat of the Subject Property which <br />plat is known as ARMSTRONG ADDITION (the "Plat") contingent on <br />certain requirements, including DEVELOPER and CITY entering into <br />this contract; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Plat consists of two lots and one outlot all <br />totaling approximately 49.5 acres; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, approval of the Final 'Plat is given pursuant to the <br />city's Subdivision Code Section 170.0317, entitled "Division or <br />Consolidation of Unplatted Lots"; and <br /> <br /> <br />
