He said, they won't <br /> return his phone calls on the <br /> talks that have bogged down on <br /> amount of taxes Anoka, Henne- <br /> pin, Sherburne, Benton and <br /> Stearns counties should pay <br /> Elk River on the BDF plant this <br /> year. · .... <br /> (NSP and UPA own the EDF <br /> <br />Last May 23, Anoka County <br />Deputy Administrator Elwyn <br />Tinklenberg said a four-mem- <br />ber RDF operations committee <br />is committed to living up to the <br />promise of new taxes that local <br />governments have been count- <br />ing on.) <br /> The latest problem with Anoka <br />County arose when Anoka <br />agreed to give back to Hennepin <br />County taxes on its portion of <br />solid waste dumpedin the Anoka <br />County landfill.
