Surface and ground waters originating outside and <br /> passing through or adjacent to the landfill site and runoff water <br /> discharged from the site shall, at its point of departure from the <br /> landfill site, meet all applicable federal and state water quality <br /> standards as they exist from time to time during the period of <br /> this CUP. The operator shall perform any water treatment <br /> necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water <br /> quality standards as they exist from time to time during the <br /> period of this CUP. <br /> <br />27. Closure Due to Permit Revocationr Other Circumstances. In the <br /> event this permit is revoked or WM~.I closes operation of the <br /> landfill for any reason, including but without limitation, order <br /> of the court or other agency of competent jurisdiction, bankruptcy, <br /> insolvency, or abandonment, WF2{I shall immediately proceed to <br /> close, cover and grade the Vertical Expansion according to the <br /> closure plan approved by the MPCA and which shall comply with all <br /> requirements of the MPCA and Anoka County relating to final <br /> closure. In the event WMMI fails to comply with the re---ms of this <br /> Permit, the City may, upon 90 day~' written notice to WI~MI enter <br /> into the property and perform all such obligations, the costs of <br /> which shzll be borne by WMMI or, in default thereof, by its <br /> surety. <br /> <br />SKI HILL FACILITY <br /> <br />28. Site Plan Review. No development of the Ski Hill Facility shall <br /> be pe_--mi~ted until ~I proceeds with the site plan review process <br /> and obtains approvals from the City. Site plan review submittals <br /> shall include final review statements and approvals from the MPCA, <br /> the Metropolitan Council ("MC") and Anoka County ("County"), if any. <br /> <br />29.
