I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g90-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE 1990 ELECTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for <br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, appointments shall first be made from lists furnished by the district chairs of <br />each major political pa.ny of eligible voters wishing to act as election judges and then, if additional <br />judges are required, other individuals so willing and qualified will be considered; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, such appointments shall be made at least 25 days before the election at <br />which the election judges are to serve. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Primary <br />Election to be held on September 11, 1990 and the General Election to be held on <br />November 6, 1990: <br /> <br />Precinct .lA - Ramsey Elementary_ School: <br /> <br />1.
