P.I.N. 05-32-25-41-0002 AUGUST 20, 1990 On , 1990 a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Craig Johnson to operate an auto repair business on his property at 17600 Gibbon Street N.W., which property is legally described as follows: Lot 5, Block 1, Deerwood, Anoka County, Minnesota. This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. The auto repair activities shall be contained within the attached garage on the subject property. 2. There shall be no exterior storage of parts, equipment and supplies. 3. The structure in which the business activity is occurring shall meet State and local building codes for a repair shop. 4. That the holder of this permit shall also make proper application to the City for a motor vehicle repair license. 5. That this permit shall be contingent upon the permit holder complying with hazardous waste generation license requirements and retaining said license intact. 6. That the employ of the business shall be limited to the occupant on the property. 7. That no business sign shall be permitted on the property. 8. That the auto repair activity shall not exceed two vehicles on the subject property at any time. That this conditional use permit shall expire coincidentally with Mr. Craig Johnson's sale of the subject property and Mr. Craig Johnson shall be responsible for notifying the City of said sale. 10. The conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any reasonable time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff and is subject to revocation for violations pursuant to those procedures as required by City Code.
