Zoning - The property is located in the I-1 industrial zone. <br /> <br />Lot Coverage - The proposed expansion combined with the <br />existing structure will cover approximately 28% of the site, <br />well within the 35% coverage allowed by code. <br /> <br />Buildinq Elevation - The building elevation is proposed to be <br />about two and a half feet lower than the existing floor <br />elevation but appears to be more than 18" above street <br />centerline. No elevation is given at centerline of Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard. <br /> <br />Parking - Parking for 31 vehicles is indicated on the plan. <br />The maximum shift employs 16 people (per applicant) thus <br />adequate parking is provided. All parking areas and drives <br />must incorporate concrete curb (B612).
