I I I I 1 I I I I I I I I I I I I I FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN CITY PROJECT 90-27 CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA INTRODUCTION This report is prepared in response to a petition for public sewer and water extended to a parcel of land north of Nowthen Boulevard and west of State Trunk Highway 47. The property to be served is an approximate 12 acre parcel, zoned B1, identified by Anoka County PIN 25-32-25-31-0003 as shown on enclosed exhibits. It is the "triangular" piece of property north of the intersection of the two highways. II. EXISTING FACILITIES AND PROPOSED FACILITY EXTENSION Sanitary sewer exists along the alignment of 142nd Lane between Dysprosium and Waco Street. Extension to this property in' best accomplished by construction northerly from an existing manhole in the east right of way of Trunk Highway 47 and with construction under Trunk Highway 47 by jacking or boring methods. The proposed sewer line would be an 8 inch size intended for lateral service. Watermain exists along the alignment of 142nd Lane, parallel to the sewer, and also at the water tower site which is across Nowthen Boulevard from the property. Service to the property is best and most economically provided by construction from the water tower site under Nowthen Boulevard, by jacking or boring° III.
