i <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />i <br />! <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />REPORT ON FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />FOR <br /> BISON STREET N.W. <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-24 <br /> BITUMINOUS STREET PAVING <br /> <br />SCOPE <br /> <br />The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of <br />providing a bituminous street to serve a section of Bison Street <br />N.W. This section is located between 173rd Avenue NoW. (C.R. No. <br />63) and the plat of Trott Brook Ridge. <br /> <br />The project area lies within the Northeast Quarter of Section 8 and <br />the West Half of Section 9 in Township 32 North, Range 25 Westf <br />City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The project area is located south of 173rd Avenue N.Wo (County <br />Road 63), north of Trott Brook Ridge and west of Golden Eagle <br />Estates. <br /> <br />The project area is shown on Exhibit Ao <br /> <br />PROJECT HISTORY <br /> <br />This study was ordered by city Council on July 24, 1990 due to <br />misunderstandings on previous projects between the City and <br />residents. The north section of Bison Street between 171st Avenue <br />N.W. and 173rd Avenue N.W. was originally planned as a single <br />project. A hearing was held and plans were prepared to complete <br />the northerly section of Bison Street earlier this summer. <br /> <br /> <br />
