I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~90-08- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~g90-27 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND <br />WATER FOR PIN 25-32-25-31-0003) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted July <br />24, 1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, <br />Inc., with reference to extension of City water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer to PIN 25-32-25- <br />31-0003 (Improvement Project ~90-27); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on August 28, <br />1990, which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />(individual property cost) <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 10 year term <br /> <br />$ 73,000.00 <br />$ 114,772.00 <br />$ 17,881.41 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of overlaying of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of <br />the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost <br />of the improvement of $73,000.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 25th day of <br />September, 1990 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. <br />and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and <br />improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 28th day of August, 1990. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adminisu:ator <br /> <br /> <br />
