I I i In the interest of being good neighbors and staying good neighbors ~'.? feel if a Conditional Use Permit is going to be issued it should be issued with the interest of the neighbors and people who must pass by the property. ~'~ would like a clause in the Conditional Use Permit stating only one car being repaired at a time so as not to create a neighborhood of cars waiting to be repaired. Mr. Johnson has given his wor~ that the business will stay small; however, Conditional Use Permits are issued for the life of the property and can be revoked only if conditions are not met. Therefore, if Mr. Johnson were to move the Conditiona Use Permit' would be transferred to the new owner who might have a different idea about the size of a small business. If a Permit is to be granted please do so with the one car stipulation. The intent of this petition is not to influence your opinion, but to'find out your feelings.
