1844285 <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08-195 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO ROBERT AND <br />MARTINA WALLACE AT 5941 143RD CIRCLE NW (PERMITTEES) TO SIDE YARD <br />SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR A CORNER LOT AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert and Martina Wallace (Pernfittees) have properly applied for a <br />variance from Section 9.20.11 of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure <br />within the side yard setback for a corner lot on the property generally known as 5941 143rd Circle <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10, Block 1, Chestnut Hill, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on August 7, <br />2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #0654 a variance to the side yard setback for a corner lot for <br /> an accessory structure on the Subject Property is hereby granted. <br /> <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a minimum <br /> side yard setback of twenty (20) feet. <br /> <br />3. That no other structure or addition shall be constructed unless it is in accordance with City <br /> Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittees shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br /> this variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br /> the accessory structure. <br /> <br /> <br />
