o <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this Variance shall be binding upon its successors <br /> and assigns. <br /> <br />That this Variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by August 7, 2004, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance.
