Staff has been working with the property owner over the past year to clean up the rear <br />yard of unsightly storage of vehicles and miscellaneous items. There has been a <br />significant improvement but Staff feels that there are still a number of items to be <br />eliminated from the site. Mr. Touchette is agreeable to having the completion of this <br />clean up effort addressed as one of the terms of the Development Permit for the building <br />expansion. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends site plan approval contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />Review Letter dated November 26, 2003 and Council granting an exception to the <br />development moratorium. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/deny Ron Touchette's request for site plan apProval for alterations and <br />additions to the off-sale liquor store at 7129 Hwy. #10 N.W. contingent upon compliance <br />with the City Staff Review Letter dated November 26, 2003 and receiving an exception <br />to the Hwy. # 10 moratorium. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Asst.
