CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />On December 9, 2003, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ('~City") to Ronald <br />Touchette ("Permittee"), to construct a 1,080 square foot addition to the principal building on the <br />property which is generally known as 7129 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the west 31 rods of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter with the southerly right-of-way line of Great Northern <br />Railway, then southeasterly along said southerly right of way line a distance of <br />297.57 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described. <br />Then continue southerly along said southerly right-of-way line a distance of <br />261.50 feet more or less to its intersection with the east line of said west 31 rods. <br />Then south along said east line and same extended to the northerly right-of-way <br />line of U.S. Highway #10, then westerly along the northerly right-of-way line of <br />U.S. Highway #10 to a point distant 299.65 feet southerly from the west line of <br />said Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter as measured along said northerly <br />right-of-way line, then north to the actual point of beginning, except that part <br />which is Lot 6, Auditors Subdivsion 31. <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to §9.03.06 of the City Code. The conditions of this approval <br />are as follows: <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code and Ramsey Zoning Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Expansion shall be sited and constructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan consisting of one sheet prepared by , <br />dated ,2003. <br /> <br />SITE PREPARATION. All site grading and drainage shall be subject to approval by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the structure is subject to the prior approval of the <br />City Engineer and shall be designed so as to deflect light away from Hwy. #10. Bulbs <br />emitting in excess of 3,000 lumens (150 watts) shall be so directed that the bulb is not <br />visible from off of the property where such light source is located <br /> <br /> <br />
