BUILDING FACADE. The City agrees to allow the Permittee to face the Expansion in <br />accordance with building elevations prepared by and dated <br /> ,2003. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING. No building permit for the Site will .be issued <br />until the permittee has signed and returned this Development Permit. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required Improvements <br />shall be completed on or before October 1, 2004. <br /> <br />RECOGNITION OF LOCATION.
