Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Jeffrey, Van <br />Scoy and Watson. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioner Shepherd. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Commissioner Van Scoy asked if Staff has followed up on the comment. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik indicated they only received it yesterday afternoon, and <br />it is difficult to follow up on anything that is anonymous. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated it appears the major item of concern is a machine shop, and making <br />sure it cannot operate without a permit. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik noted it is a standard term of oversized garage permits <br />to prohibit commercial activity in the buildings. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Watson to recommend that the <br />City Council adopt findings of fact favorable to Don Volner's request for a conditional use <br />permit for an oversized accessory building. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Vice Chairperson Johnson, Commissioners Brauer, Watson, <br />Jeffrey, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None. Absent: Chairperson Nixt and Commissioner <br />Shepherd. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Brauer, seconded by Commissioner Van Scoy to recommend that the <br />City Council approve Don Volner's request for an oversized accessory building based on the <br />findings of fact, and adopt a resolution declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
