ORDINANCE NO. 03 - CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 2 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE "COUNCIL, BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS" CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE. AN ORDINANCE ADDING TO THE CITY CODE "TOWN CENTER REVIEW BOARD" AS A LISTED BOARD UNDER SECTION 2.03.01 AND ADDING SUBDIVISION 7 TO SECTION 2.03.06, WHICH SECTION IS ENTITLED "TOWN CENTER REVIEW BOARD." The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AMENDMENT A. Section 2.03.01 Establistmaent, Subdivision 1. Boards and Commissions is amended by the addition of Town Center Review Board. B. Subdivision 7. entitled "Town Center Review Board" is hereby added to Section 2.03.06 of the City Code, which Section shall provided as follows: Subd. 7. Town Center Review Board. The primary objective of the Town Center Review Board ("TCRB") is to review the following submittals and make recommendations as directed below relating to that certain plat in the City known as Ramsey Town Center: The Sketch Plan. The TCRB shall review the proposed project for its compatibility with the Town Center Master Plan and Development Guidelines and make a recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council regarding the proposed development. The Preliminary Plat and Site Plan. The TCRB shall review the proposed project for its compatibility with the Town Center Master Plan and Development Guidelines and make a recommendation to the Planning Commission and City Council regarding the proposed development. The Final Plat and Site Plan. The TCRB shall review the proposed project for it compatibility with the Preliminary Plat, Site Plan, Town Center Master Plan and Development Guidelines and make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed Final Plat and Final Site Plan.
