Both lots will be served by served by septic systems. Park dedication, trail fees, and stormwater <br />management fees will be collected for the additional lot. At their November 13, 2003 meeting the <br />Park and Recreation Commission directed staff to continue discussions on land dedication and <br />accept a cash payment if an agreement could not be reached. Staff has met with the applicants <br />and both parties have agreed on a cash payment to satisfy park dedication. <br /> <br />To satisfy the requirements of the Tree Preservation Ordinance, staff asked the applicant to <br />document all trees on the new lot that are 8" in diameter and larger, and all trees 6" or larger in <br />areas to be disturbed during construction.
