5. It is expressly understood and agreed that failure by the Owner to exercise <br />the option either to order the Contractor to expedite an activity or to <br />expedite the activity by other means shall not be considered to set a <br />precedent for any other activities. <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Construction schedule: Within fifteen days (15) calendar days after the Contractor <br />has received the Owner's Notice to Proceed, submit one reproducible copy and <br />four prints of a construction schedule . <br />B. Periodic reports: On the first working day of each month following the submittal <br />described in Paragraph 1.3-A above, submit four prints of the construction <br />schedule updated . <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 CONSTRUCTION ANALYSIS <br />A. Graphically show by bar -chart the order and interdependence of all activities <br />necessary to complete the Work, and the sequence in which each activity is to be <br />accomplished, as planned by the Contractor and the Contractor's project field <br />superintendent in coordination with all subcontractors whose work is shown on <br />the diagram. <br />01310-2 <br />
