Submit substantive data to verify conformance when materials are <br />specified by ASTM procedure number. <br />C. Test cylinders: <br />1. Submit test cylinders to testing agency. <br />2. Distribute test reports (1 copy) to the Architect. <br />D. Slump tests: Distribute test reports (1 copy) to the Architect. <br />1.4 PRODUCT HANDLING <br />A. Comply with pertinent provisions of Section 01640. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCIS <br />2.1 FORMS <br />A. Design, erect, support, brace, and maintain formwork so it will safely support <br />vertical and lateral loads which might be applied until such loads can be <br />supported safely by the concrete structure. <br />B. Construct forms to the exact sizes, shapes, lines, and dimensions shown, and as <br />required to obtain accurate alignment, location, grades, and level and plumb <br />work in the finished structure. <br />2.2 REINFORCEMENT <br />A. See Section 03200 - Reinforcement. <br />2.3 CONCRETE <br />A. Comply with the following as minimums: <br />1. Portland cement: ASTM C150, type I. Use the same manufacturer <br />throughout the project. <br />2. Aggregate, general: <br />a. ASTM C33 with no shale or other deleterious materials, uniformly <br />graded and clean; <br />b.
