3.2 INTENT <br />A. It is not the intent of this Specification to define installation methods. Methods of <br />installation and erection shall be in accordance with the details on the Drawings <br />for the specific areas involved. <br />3.3 ERECTION <br />A. Exercise care in unloading, storing and erection. Do not allow trusses to drop. <br />B. Do not start placement of trusses until supporting work is in place and secured. <br />Place trusses on supporting work, adjust and align in accurate location and <br />properly spaced before permanently fastened. <br />C. Set trusses straight and true to spacing shown on Drawings. <br />D. Install bridging immediately after erection of trusses and before any construction <br />loads are placed on trusses. Securely anchor ends of bridging lines at walls or <br />beams. <br />3.4 ADJUSTING AND CLEANING <br />A. Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove from the premises all <br />unused materials, etc. resulting from the execution of this contract; and leave all <br />work complete, clean and undamaged. <br />06190-3 <br />
