2.2 ACCESSORIES <br />A. Roof Panel Accessories: Provide components approved by roof panel manufacturer <br />and as required for a complete metal roof panel assembly including trim, copings, <br />fasciae, corner units, ridge closures, clips, flashings, sealants, gaskets, fillers, closure <br />strips, and similar items. Match material and finish of metal roof panels unless <br />otherwise indicated. <br />B. Flashing and Trim: Formed from same material and gauge as roof panels, prepainted <br />with coil coating. Provide flashing and trim as required to seal against weather and <br />to provide finished appearance. Locations include, but are not limited to, eaves, <br />rakes, corners, bases, framed openings, ridges, fasciae, and fillers. Finish flashing <br />and trim with same finish system as adjacent metal roof panels. <br />2.3 SNOW GUARDS <br />A. Snow Guards: Prefabricated, noncorrosive units designed to be installed without <br />penetrating metal roof panels, and complete with predrilled holes, clamps, or hooks <br />for anchoring. Snow guards shall be illustrated with the panel manufacturer's <br />installation drawings, and shall be designed to resist the sliding force of snow in <br />accordance with the requirements of ASCE-7. Confirming calculations shall be <br />provided by the panel manufacturer. <br />2.4 FINISHES <br />A. Comply with NAAMM's "Metal Finishes Manual for Architectural and Metal <br />Products" for recommendations for applying and designating finishes <br />METAL ROOF PANELS 074113 - 4 <br />
