SECTION 07600 <br />FLASHING AND SHEET METAL <br />PART 1- GENERAL <br />1.1 DESCRIPTION <br />A. Work included: <br />1. Roof -related sheet metal flashings <br />2. Pre -finished metal <br />C. Related work: Documents affecting work of this Section include, but are not <br />necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and <br />Sections in Division 1 of these Specifications. <br />1. Section 07900 - Sealants for sheet metal work shall be the responsibility of <br />the sheet metal installer and shall comply with the requirements of Section <br />07900. <br />1.2 REFERENCES <br />A. Comply with the provisions of the following codes, specifications and standards <br />except where more stringent requirements are shown on the Drawings or <br />specified herein: <br />1. American Society for Testing and materials (ASTM) where referenced. <br />2. Sheet Metal and Air Condition Contractors National Association <br />(SMACNA) "Architectural Sheet Metal Manual" for accepted industry <br />details. <br />1.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />A. Use adequate numbers of skilled workers who are thoroughly trained and <br />experienced in the necessary crafts and who are completely familiar with the <br />specified requirements and the methods needed for proper performance of the <br />work in this Section. <br />1.4 SUBMITTALS <br />A.
