All Street Sheets <br />• Install 1 length of 8" DIP upstream of MH 5 for drop structure. Connection to MH shall <br />have watertight gasket. <br />• The invert for MH 4 is not correct. <br />• Add note: "Connect to existing sanitary sewer" at east end of 169th Lane. <br />• Add note: "Provide 24 hour notice to residents prior to turning off water to install new <br />valve." <br />• Add note: "Remove 80' of 8" SPR, install wye to south." This is in front of Lot 1, Block <br />2. <br />• Add directions to the invert elevations. <br />Sheet C4: <br />• Removal of the existing FES near Station 0+50 must be called out. Removal of the existing <br />rip rap at the end of the existing swale must also be called out. <br />• Install a bulkhead in CB 9 for installation of future 15" RCP Pipe. <br />• Plan must show area 100 ft. south of Block 3. <br />• The number of truncated domes in each pedestrian ramp must be added to the detail. The <br />radius of domes must be called out. <br />Sheet Gl: <br />• Proposed spot elevations must be added at all rear lot corners located outside of ponds. <br />Existing spot elevations must have a different label style. <br />Sheets G2, G3: <br />• Shade the area that will not be graded as part of this phase. Remove the rows in the table <br />for lots outside of Phase 1. <br />• Keep the details on Sheet G3. <br />Sheet D1 <br />• Remove detail STR3 and replace with current MNDOT Details (5 Sheets). Two of the five <br />MNDOT Details are not included in the set and must be added. <br />Sheet D2 <br />• Remove detail Park 1 or callout trails on street plan. <br />• Modify Typical street section to state sidewalks are 6 in. thick in all locations. <br />• Callout location of detail STR-2 on plans or remove from sheet. <br />• Inside drop manhole must be Reliner/ Duran Inc. style. Manhole connections to pipe must <br />be water tight connections. The first length of pipe between the drop assembly and the <br />outside trench shall be 8" DIP. Adjust font of inside drop label. <br />
