On each construction site residential or <br />commercial where a building permit is <br />required and or issued by the City, a <br />commercial dumpster shall be <br />maintained for the purpose of <br />depositing all construction debris <br />generated by the construction project. <br />In lieu of the commercial dumpster, a <br />fenced are constructed of snow fencing <br />or posts and woven wire, or a bin <br />constructed of plywood, chip board or <br />of posts and wood railing (crib like) may <br />be provided. <br />b. Each construction site shall be cleaned <br />of construction debris daily, with said <br />debris being deposited in the receptacle <br />described in paragraph above. <br />c. All construction debris shall be hauled <br />from the site and deposited in a <br />licensed waste disposal facility. A Certificate of Occupancy and Septic <br />System Permit shall not be issued until <br />a construction site is free of <br />construction debris and cleared trees <br />and vegetation. 5.11.03 <br />Construction Work Hours <br />It shall be unlawful to engage in or conduct any <br />activity in the construction of any building or <br />structure, or laying of any pavement, including <br />but not limited to the making of any excavation, <br />clearing of surface land and loading or <br />unloading material, equipment or supplies in <br />any residential district of the City, except <br />between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. <br />Monday through Sunday. However, such <br />activity shall be lawful from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 <br />p.m. with prior permission from the City <br />Administrator and his/her designee due to <br />extenuating circumstances such as excessively <br />warm temperature, the need to avoid traffic <br />during normal work hours, etc. Any Sunday <br />activity is also limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. <br />
