No such permit shall be <br />issued excepting where the public welfare will <br />be harmed by failure to perform the work at the <br />time indicated. 7.81.02 <br />Nothing in this Section shall be construed to <br />prevent any work necessary to prevent injury to <br />persons or property at any time. 7.81.03 <br />Premises identification: Approved numbers or <br />addresses shall be provided for all new <br />buildings in such a position as to be plainly <br />visible a legible from the street or road fronting <br />the property. Address <br />numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches <br />(102mm) high with a minimum stroke width of <br />0.5 inch (12.7 mm). 304.3 (IPMC) <br />Erosion Control <br />The contractor is required to have silt fence (or <br />other approved erosion control measures) <br />installed and inspected.
