4) The Permittee shall install both smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in accordance <br />with Minnesota State Building Code for each of the rooms to be used for sleeping within the <br />Building. The Permittee shall schedule an inspection with the City to verify that this has <br />been completed prior to any overnight lodging. <br />5) The Permittee shall be allowed to provide temporary overnight accommodations for up to <br />fourteen (14) weeks per year in the Building. <br />6) The Permittee shall provide written notice to the City at least one (1) week in advance of any <br />temporary overnight accommodations that will occur in the Building on the Subject Property. <br />7) The Permittee shall install a water meter in the Building to monitor the quantity of water <br />being discharged into the subsurface sewage treatment system (SSTS) and shall provide <br />monthly reports to the City to ensure that the water usage does not exceed the designed <br />capacity of the SSTS. <br />8) The Permittee shall be required to upsize the SSTS or connect to the municipal sanitary sewer <br />system within twelve (12) months if water usage exceeds the designed capacity of the existing <br />SSTS. <br />9) The Permittee shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any applicable County <br />and/or State permits and/or licenses and providing the City a copy of each. <br />10) This Permit shall become null and void in the event the use granted under this Permit <br />permanently ceases prior to the expiration date or upon the expiration date, whichever occurs <br />first. <br />11) That all costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this Permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br />12) That the City Administrator or his or her designee shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br />Property for compliance, safety measures and quantities and storage of combustibles at any <br />time. <br />13) That the failure of the City at any time to require performance by the Permittee of any <br />provisions herein shall in no way affect the right of the City thereafter to enforce the same. <br />Nor shall waiver by the City of any breach of any of the provisions hereof be taken or held to <br />be a waiver of any succeeding breach of such provision or as a waiver of any provision itself. <br />14) That if any provision of this Permit shall be declared void or unenforceable, the other <br />provisions shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and effect. <br />15) That this Permit shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or amended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br />RESOLUTION #13 -11 -183 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
